We supply vulcanized spacers made out
of allowed steel of hight resitance to wear, core hardened and covered with Adiprene,
suitable to work on thin materials, and with Nitroxyl when the material to be cut is
thick. Both provide high resitance to wear as well as the best properties for the
cutting task and the slit strips ejection.
As with conventional spacers, those of a heavy weight can be
supplied "hollowed", in order to facilitate the users the mounting
task.

When we are to deal with proper rubbler rings, we have at your
disposal, in addition to the conventional ones, the "BIGA" standard,
which offers less deformation in the inside diameter and more
compression capability in its outside diameter.
We have wide experience in designing Male / Female equipments,
and that allows us to decide the difference in diameters for the
differents parts, in order to facilitate the slip strips ejection and to
reduce to the minimum the problem of scratches on the processed
material surface. For an easy selection they are manufactured in
different colors.
As in case of conventional spacers in those which are vulcanised
the tolerances affect the knives cutting tolerance directly. Therefore,
may ALFE recommend you the same tolerances in both the
conventional spacers abd the vulcanized ones.
