There are basically two grades on market: parts to be treated to the core, and parts induction hardened only in the work areas.
Our heat treatment facilities mean we can accomodate both possibilities with ease.
There are also two different formats: one which has all punches and dies on one
component the same lengh as the machine's work capacity, and the other on which
this lenght is made up of separate and interchangeable elements.
Both in chip flow machines and in finishing on grinders our installation is
capable of handling ponent and of making the other separate, interchangeable ones.
